All prices are in Swedish Kronor (SEK) and include current VAT. The prices stated at the customer's order date apply throughout the purchase process.
Delivery and Shipping
All orders via goodboom.se/com are free of charge, if you order within Sweden. For orders outside of Sweden, send us a mail and we will quote the freight costs.
Normally, your order will be shipped within 24h from receipt of the order. We ship all packages with Postnord or DHL. Either directly to your home address or via a delivery venue. At the latter, an alert will be sent to you to announce where you can pick up your goods. If you do not pick up your item with the post agent in time, a billing charge, for the shipping back to us, will be billed.
We offer invoice & card-payment. No additional fees apply for any of these choices. Choose your payment method at checkout. If you choose card or bank payment (Stripes), you can deposit money with VISA and MasterCard.
If you choose invoice, this will be sent in a separate delivery to you. Credit period is 15 days after completion.
We guarantee that each shipment is examined before it is shipped to the customer. In spite of this, however, the product should be faulty or incorrect when it arrives at the customer, we undertake to fix the error free of charge by leaving a new product. Customer who wishes to make a mistake in the ordered product will contact us as soon as possible after the error has been discovered.
We are responsible for processing the personal information that you provide as a Customer. The information is used to manage your purchases and for marketing purposes. We use only the information within the company and do not provide information to third parties.
